As war erupts inside Bane's criminal organization, Selina Kyle finds herself caught in the crossfire--quite literally, as a hired assassin blows up her apartment!

Selena Kyle's life is turned inside out as her home is blown away by a hired assassin who's hoping to draw her employer, Bane, out of the shadows. Injured in the attack is Selina's young ward, a runaway named Arizona, who Selina saves from the resulting fire against her better judgment. After making sure Arizona is taken care of, Selina begins the search for the man who tried to kill her with the help of her handler, Leopold. Discovering that the assassin is fleeing to the remote island of Santa Prisca, she goes after him, intent on revenge.
